Join us for an epic adventure at the PatriotCrawl 2024, hosted by HeroOffroad in Moab, Utah! Embark on an unforgettable journey as we convoy from the City Market gas station in Alamosa to the legendary off-road playground of AreaBFE in Moab where we will experience the thrill of off-roading through stunning terrain and challenging trails, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

It will be a day to immerse yourself in wheeling and vendor meets at AreaBFE, where you'll have the opportunity to explore the latest off-road gear and connect with fellow enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned off-roader or new to the scene, this event promises excitement, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories. This event is free for veterans, active duty service members, and their families.

Registration and Waiver Details:

To join Valley Veterans ReCreation's convoy to the PatriotCrawl 2024 event, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Convoy RSVP with Valley VetRec

To join Valley Veterans ReCreation’s convoy to the PatriotCrawl 2024 event, RSVP by completing the form below. By RSVPing, you acknowledge that Valley Veterans ReCreation is facilitating the convoy to and from Moab, and you agree to abide by all safety guidelines and requirements set forth by the convoy organizers.

Note: Please be advised that Valley Veterans ReCreation is solely facilitating a group convoy to the PatriotCrawl 2024 event hosted by HeroOffroad in Moab, Utah. While we are excited to provide a shared experience of riding together to the event, participants are responsible for their own transportation, including bringing their own 4x4 vehicles w/insurance and registration, recovery gear, camping gear, food, water, and any other necessary supplies for the duration of the trip. Valley Veterans ReCreation is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the convoy or at the event. Participants are encouraged to come prepared and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by HeroOffroad and AreaBFE.

Step 2: PatriotCrawl 2024 Registration

After RSVPing for the convoy, participants must register separately for the PatriotCrawl 2024 event through HeroOffroad’s website. Please visit HeroOffroad’s registration link below to complete your event registration and secure your spot at the event in Moab, Utah.

Note: Convoy RSVP with Valley Veterans ReCreation does not include registration for the PatriotCrawl 2024 event itself. Participants must register separately through HeroOffroad to attend the event at AreaBFE in Moab, Utah.

Step 3: Waiver for AreaBFE Adventure Park

Before participating in the convoy to the PatriotCrawl 2024 event, all participants must complete the waiver required by AreaBFE, the host location of the event. This waiver is mandatory for entry into the Adventure Park and ensures that all participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth by AreaBFE. Please read and sign the waiver form provided by AreaBFE using the link below. You will need a "1 Day Pass" when asked. We will be camping offsite.

Note: Completion of the waiver for AreaBFE Adventure Park is a requirement for participating in the convoy and attending the PatriotCrawl 2024 event. Participants must adhere to all guidelines and requirements set forth by AreaBFE to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Step 4: Complete Utah OHV Education Class

As part of the requirements set forth by AreaBFE, all participants planning to operate off-highway vehicles (OHVs) at the PatriotCrawl 2024 event must complete the Utah OHV Education Class. This course provides essential education and safety training for OHV operators and is mandatory for entry into the Adventure Park. To complete the Utah OHV Education Class, please visit the following link to access the online course.

Note: Completion of the Utah OHV Education Class is mandatory for participants planning to operate OHVs at the PatriotCrawl 2024 event hosted by HeroOffroad at AreaBFE in Moab, Utah. Please ensure that you have completed this requirement before attending the event.
